FCC Asking For More From AT&T Regarding T-Mobile Murger
AT&T's CEO has been quoted saying their proposed merger with T-mobile would benefit the US job market, but apperently the FCC is not buying it. Rick Kaplan, chief of the Federal Communication Commission’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, wrote a letter to AT&T asking for more information about how their deal will create more jobs. “Our review of the information currently in our record suggests that AT&T’s responses on this issue remain incomplete,” Kaplan said.
AT&T has been saying a lot to get people to side with them on their proposed deal with T-mobile, and it is nice to see the FCC finally asking probing questions.
