The OG Transformer just started receiving a new firmware update. Here are the details posted by our forum & Rescue Squad member, ASUSFAN0001:

Exclamation NEW TF101 Transformer FIRMWARE UPDATE 12/23/11 (U.S.)-Kernel v2.6.26.3-00001-g9a21fc1

There was just a new Transformer TF1010 Firmware update (U.S.) just pushed out a short time ago.

Android Version: 3.2.1 (Honeycomb)
Kernel Version: v2.6.26.3-00001-g9a21fc
MobileDock Version: EP101-0213

There is an updated Backup App - other than that - Release Notes are not yet posted. Successfully downloaded and updated here with the TF101 docked.
Here are some of the changes we may have noticed in this update:
  • 1) This is a Honeycomb updated version
  • 2) New Backup App version
  • 3) Faster Keyboard Dock performance (lag reduction)
  • 4) Possible HDMI fixes
