New Samsung Galaxy S II ICS Build Leaked

It seems Samsung needs a little help keeping their software builds private, because yet another one has made it out for the world to get their hands on. This new test build for the Galaxy S II is the latest to hit the web, and was finished just a few days ago on January 28th. The build is reported to offer users more stability over the previous versions, and snappier performance. Samsung has promised they'll get out their ICS update for the Galaxy S II by the end of Q1, so with news like this, that promise seems very likely.
