According to Samsung Israel's own website, the Galaxy SII will be receiving an Android 4.0/Ice Cream Sandwich OTA update rollout on March 15th. The SGS2 recently won some awards as the best smartphone in the world, and it happens to be one of the best selling Android smartphones ever. The Samsung Israel Facebook page recently posted that the unlocked and carrier-branded SGS2s will get ICS first. This means that the European versions will get ICS at the same time as the Israeli version. Of course, the U.S. versions are all a bit different, so they will get theirs later. No word has been given as to when, or how long that might be. Here's a quote from that Facebook page:

We promised we were working on it. You waited patiently. And on 15 March itíll arrive: Android version 4, ICS, to tens of thousands of GALAXY S II devices purchased from cellular companies in the country or directly from us. We are very excited for the launch, hope you are too
