HTC EVO 4G LTE Passes Through Customs On Its Way to Customers

It looks like the HTC EVO 4G LTE may finally be catching a break from the U.S. Customs/Apple lawsuit debacle. The phone supposedly started showing up on pre-order customers' doorsteps just yesterday. Best Buy reported that they are also finally receiving their shipment and are doling them out to their customers who preordered. It looks like the rumors of May 24th were accurate afterall.

    EVO received!

Got my new EVO in the mail yesterday. It is as fast and light as advertised. I put it in the Otter Box Defender case and it still weighs next to nothing. The camera features work smoothly and it takes great pictures. I have listened to music through the built in speaker and it sounds clear and crisp. Listening with my beats earbuds right now and am really impressed with the sound quality. My only complaint is that there is no 4G yet, but that was an obvious concession for getting the phone this early.

True but there are 4g phones on every network that do not have 4g in certain places.
