The Samsung Galaxy S3 is only hours old on Verizon's network and already the factory image is available. Customers willing to modify their handsets now have a safety net if they botch up flashing a custom ROM/kernel on their beloved device. Note: the release is not officially endorsed by Samsung, but it looks to be the official final build of the phone’s software. Samsung usually gets around to releasing a factory image after the phone is released, but with this leak the development community will go into overdrive immediately.
