Is it too soon to be talking about the "next big thing"? Nah...
Rumors peg the next Samsung flagship, the Galaxy S4 to come around April or May of next year. These same rumors suggest that the new superphone will come with an upgraded Exynos quad-core processor dubbed "Adonis." The Adonis chip will be an ARM Cortex A15 CPU built on a 28 nanometer process. The chip is supposedly in the "baking" stage at this point, and no delays are anticipated. We shall keep you guys apprised of any further details as they arise.

I highly doubt it will be quad core, the dual core Exynos 5250 is plenty of horse power and the same chipset found in the nexus 10.
We will see how energy efficient the 5250 soon enough and know if this rumor has any merit.
