Being that by the time my upgrade comes around, there will be no unlimited data. By getting the DX2, it lets me keep my unlimited data for a couple more years. So yeah, still excited!

This news makes me want to get the Thunderbolt, to get grandfathered into the $30 LTE pricing.

Seeing as I probably won't be getting LTE in my area for a long while, I'm ok with that, but I'm still hanging on for the Bionic.

Yea, no 4G in my area any time soon so LTE doesn't really matter to me.

I am still leaning toward the Bionic myself... but the TB is something I'm considering... mainly due to my impatience at this point.

The TB gets my heart racing for some reason. The idea of the DX2 does, as well. We'll see, though.

No LTE in my area for a while, as well, so the 4g doesn't mean much to me either. After seeing how slow my girlfriends phone is on her network (G2/T-Mobile) vs. my DX on Verizon, I really don't care about fake 4g.

All we can do is wait and ponder. I'd have to see full specs for D3 and compare it to Bionic. Because I use my Droid1 physical keyboard all the time.

I have found my original Droid to be a great phone, including the slider. My hope is the next Droid would have a larger screen (4.3+) along with LTE and duo core.
