Huawei Coming Out with New Android Handsets in India

I believe huawei is about to launch some handsets in india on android OS..these will be named under the Ideos brand. Dont know all the specifications yet.

Huawei just launched 3 handsets in delhi based on android 2.2...they are IDEOS CHAT, IDEOS X2 and IDEOS X5...all priced between 7k and 14.5k....X5 is awesome..the big daddy of all

Yeah I checked out the three devices. The ideos chat is just like T-Mobile comet. The x5 and x2 are the same except for size. X2 is smaller with 3.2 inch screen. I'm glad that there's a bigger selection of android phones going to other countries. I read that Singapore is getting these as well.

Yes, but when do the $200, reasonable-quality phones start hitting here so we can REALLY put pressure on the big OEMs to stop ripping us off? :D
