    Help Video Not Playing

    I recorded video of my daughter and it played just fine then all of a sudden it won't work, it says "sorry video cannot be played" can anyone help?please

    I have no idea the one installed when I got it. It was working fine, then after I watched some videos on YouTube it stopped working

    Try clearing the cache on the video app by going to settings->applications->manage applications->all

    scroll down 'till you see "videos" or "video" and click clear data/cache.

    No that didn't work either, I transferred them onto my computer and they don't work there either

    Can you try playing the files with VLC? Download and install on your PC. It pretty much plays all video formats. Let us know if it works.

    try to use another video player or there's something wrong with the video itself as you said it still can't play on the computer? BTW u may check the right video format your portable device support first.hope it helps

    It seems the video was already damaged. Use some free video repair tool to fix it.
