I saw that T-Mobile had announced a trade in program. My Nexus One is worth a whopping $85 on trade in. Are kidding me! I tried my Vibrant and it is worth $125. I fully expected the N1 to be worth more. What a crock.

My guess is I could sell it on eBay for no less than 4X $85 crappy dollars.

T-Mobile. Once again showing me reasons to find a new carrier. That optimus on virgin mobile for $25 a month is sounding better and better.

Ya well one thing is for sure you can definitely sell it for a lot more than what they are offering. The reason I think that they are giving you less is because it is an older phone model and I think they just base themselves on that. Anyway that's my guess.

That's what I thought too. I looked up an 8g iPhone 3gs which is older, doesn't havethe screen or the guts of an N1 and its $125. So there's demand involved... I guess.

Well thats about normal. Trade-in is usually a fraction of the sellable value because they really dont want it, and if they get it they are likely to try and sell it. It costs them money to do the trade in so they will need to make that up if they sell it.
