Weird sound plug USB

Hi all,

I have this weird clicking sound (multiple clicks) when I plug in the usb cable for charging. This happens about 80% of the time. Instead of having on "click" come ou of the speaker I get "click-click-click", etc.

Does this only happen to me?
Is this a known bug?

Must be brand new? Mine did this for the first couple charges ( maybe just the first ) Stopped after I successfully activated the phone.

mine always does it... sounds like it is getting shocked.
