I was out for a picnic with friends and family over the long weekend, and came across a friend with a Nexus S. I played around with it, and liked it over my Nexus One.

Looked around a bit and found a great deal on one brand new in box sealed! Couldn't resist!

So far, I am happy with my purchase :bike4_smilie:

What did you like better? I considering making the switch myself (the Nexus S, or maybe the Galaxy 2), but I'd like to know what made you switch...

Does the S also come in a carry pouch?

It's basically the same, with newer hardware i.e. front facing camera etc. and feels faster aswell.

I do like the feel of the phone itself, very smooth, but I fear I would drop it because of that.

I will report back after a week or two of constant usage to compare better.

I agree 100%.

First day impressions are good. Battery life seems to be the same as my N1. Screen being bigger has my thumb reaching a little harder for the back button, but nothing too uncomfortable.

Love the camera(s)!

Congrats man :)
tell us wat u think about it? :)
First impressions; fill us in with all the ICS treats =)

how does it compare to older nexus devices?
worth it or not?

I'm still usin my N1; never been happier with a phone… but thinkin of either gettin transformer prime or Galaxy Nexus.

If you want to get the Galaxy Nexus without a contract Newegg is selling them now. For a low low price of $699.99.
