Picked one up for $0 at the local Telus store. Took the phone back and browbeat them into a replacement as the first one has serious issues with crashes and lock ups.

Then again so does the second one, just less so.

The phone is a handy size, and really does more or less just what I need, but it has a LOT of issues. Check out the user forums at Motorola (https://supportforums.motorola.com/community/motoblur-android/charm?view=overview) for starters.

It crashes - lots. It locks up - lots. It suddenly decides that the SIM card had been removed - lots. As often as not these require you to pull the battery and reset the phone - not a good thing.

Battery life is about as pathetic as any phone in the last ten years -a day with luck and light usage.
