Regional carrier Alltel this morning is pimping its freshly filled out Android line. It's got some high-end but aging entries, as well as a couple low-enders. Let's break it down:

Motorola Milestone X (http://www.motorola.com/Support/US-EN/Consumer-Support/Mobile-Phones/MILESTONE_X): (http://androidcentral.com/tags/milestone-x) That's the Droid X to those of you on Verizon. Same 4.3-inch touchscreen and 1GHz processor.
LG Axis: (http://www.lg.com/us/mobile-phones/LG-LGAS740.jsp) Android 2.1 on a 3.2-inch touchscreen. Has been available for a couple months now.
HTC Merge: (http://www.mergeforums.com/)The near-mythical horizontal slider. It's available for pre-order now, and you can find it in some stores.
Samsung Gem: (http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/cell-phones/SCH-I100ZKAXAR) Another 3.2 mid-ranger.

If you ask us to get excited about any of those phones, we'd have to answer the Milestone X and Merge, of course. But it's good to see low-end options, too.
