View Full Version : Acer Sync Issue

I've troubles getting my Acer Liquid to sync.

Initially I managed to sync with OPutlook although now the Liquid Metal is no longer listed in the devicelist under Add in Acer sync. Acer Sync keeps on scanning for devices, but only comes up with the regular computer drives. Anyone any clue on how to add the Liquid Metal to the devicelist?

Alternatively I'm also trying to sync with my Google account. This produces an 'unknown error'.

Clearly something is wrong. Perhaps any ideas on what this may be?

I don't have any ideas other than possible having to do a hard reset if a couple of reboots of both PC and phone doesn't fix the issue, but I'm bumping this in case anyone else has any ideas. :)
