I have a new Intercept. When sending pictures to people via text message, they get a link to the Sprint picture site on the web, and that page shows an error message. Anyone have a quick suggestion?

Moved thread to Intercept forum, you might have better luck with it here.

I don't have an Intercept but I had a similar problem before with my Evo. I would do a factory reset and call sprint and have them re provision it. If that doesn't work, bring it in to a store.
