I have organized my music files for many years and with lots of audio players. I have copied all of my audio files onto my Galaxy Note and for the first time, all of my audio file genres have changed. I have used all of the players on the phone, to include Real Player and Double Twist. I have checked all the files in windows explorer and the genres are correct. Once the player reads it, it changes it to the incorrect genre. Even my album art does not match. Any solutions out there or maybe even an app?

Try iTag. It fixed my playlists in one player, but not in another.
And there's Cover Art Downloader for missing or incorrect art.

Thanks for the info. I downloaded iTag. It allows me to edit my individual track information. My main problem is that I have over a thousand tracks and it would be a lot work to edit each one at a time. I was hoping there was something I might be able to do from my computer then drag to my sd card. Maybe it might even be something in my phone settings.

Well, allow me to answer my own post. I spoke to a coworker who owns a Galaxy Nexus. I put my tracks on his phone and the genres were all organized. He recommended Poweramp player. I downloaded the trial app and everything worked perfectly, genres and album art. Unlike lots of other players, to include iphone, it allows me to que my own "Now Playing" list. I can grab several genres and have them shuffled. The only downfall is that the app is $5, but well worth it. I still feel the phone's preinstalled players should address this issue.
