Bad Description - Please Rate?

Hello, i create application, and in main activity i added this text:

Hello dear user. It's FREE app. If You like Please rate in Android Market, it is only 5 seconds for You

But in "Android Market Developer Program Policies " i found this text:

"Developers also should not attempt to change the placement of any Product in the Store by rating an application multiple times, or by offering incentives to users to rate an application with higher or lower ratings. "

Did my text ...hm, is offering incentives to users to give me good ratings ?

Alot of app developers do that, but have not heard of a single one to get banned.

I don't see where you were offering an incentive, you were just making a friendly suggestion. I doubt there is a problem.
