Nexus Problems

Hi all, I bought myself a nexus on boxing day this year (2nd hand but unopened except by the staff to check it from carphone warehouse) its the 32gb model. I had no problems but these last few days when I've taken it to college any black on the screen has turned red. It just goes normally but today it hasn't. I'm going to get it changed/fixed with the warranty as I haven't dropped it or anything but they have none in stock anywhere local. I was just seeing if any one else had this problem or knows how to fix it. I've attached pictures of the screen,


EDIT. AFTER BEING LIKE THIS FOR 4 HOURS IT HAS JUST GONE BACK TO NORMAL.
Me and dad have check all the apps and its not a faulty app either :-\
