hacking guide troubles

i followed the steps in this guide *http://www.attdroids.com/forum/htc-a...ng-guide.html* and when it says to type loop in the command prompt i cant get it to loop it dont recognise my file with is C:\ dir desktop\*filename*\tools\. and then when i type loop i get nothing i also tried loop.bat. any help would be nice.

Where is loop placed?

BTW this may take many tries to get it right.Read through the instructions several times before trying,it can mess up your phone.You really do not need loop if it does not work for you just type adb devices and keep redoing it until it shows up.When it shows up in recovery it should look like

HT*********** Recovery

If it does not show up redo the instructions it tells you to.

im willing to lose my phone i learn through trial and error and i know i can always put the phone tofactory settings. i will try in the a.m.

did a little reasearch and would getting a .p12 file from my firefox browser help me bypass this issue
