Can't hear caller when making or receiving calls.
Sometimes I can't hear the caller and they can hear me fine. Cuts in and out from complete silence on my end. AT&T had no solution other than to turn the phone off. Wanted them to send me a new phone and they would not. Is anyone else having this problem? Tried uninstalling apps.

Try to do a factory reset and test it again before you install any applications. If it is working fine, add your apps back 1 at a time, testing in between to see when/if the problem returns.

Thank you! I tired as you suggested and am still having the same problem. Someone said AT&T is so backed up with their network and it was not a phone problem. If that were the case then I should see others having the same problem. Any help is much appreciated.
