There is no way to uninstall preinstalled apps without root access. Otherwise they are protected.

My brother has incredible just like I do. I know there is a preinstalled v cast app. I thought the icon says v cast apps before it and that he pressed it and downloaded one of multiple v cast apps. So I thought he could still uninstall it.

I just looked at the icon on my phone and it says v cast apps. Is that multiple apps accessable through one icon that are already installed or do u download more through it?

You might be able to uninstall any apps it downloaded through the app manager. If not then it might be possible through the app in question, in its settings. If not, we're back to rooting.
