    seidio 3500ma battery

Got the battery and cover off amazon yesterday morning, works great so far, 24 hrs and no depleation of power. Only problem was the rear cover wouldn't lock tight on the right hand side. I tried to bend the tabs a little and they broke right off. Contacted amazon and they are overnighting a replacement. It will be here tomorrow. Other than my stupid fix, the phone feels great, a little heavier, rubberized rear cover wont slip in your hand. Fits tighter in my htc belt holder. Now I have to order the extended case. Battery was $63+shipp(around $5)

When the new one gets here, I'm gonna heat in hot water and then bend it if it doesn't fit right

They say a heat gun works also to warp it into submission!

I used a heat gun on my stock battery cover to make it fit right.

Off the phone. I just heated it up to soften it a bit and pressed out in the middle of the cover from the underside and that brought the sides down, now it fits perfectly.

I've been using the Seidio 3500 for two weeks now and it's great. You can go as far as three days ( and maybe a fourth ) on one charge depending on how much you use the Evo. I had trouble with the rear cover as well but I finally got it on.
