    Did you rename your "android sdk" folder to "android"? If you didn't, that's why you're getting that error. You'll also get it if you didn't place the folder directly in c: instead of leaving it in your downloads folder or your desktop.

    and im doing every thing that he say's to do and in the video hes using android-sdk_r6-windows.zip all they have is r7-windows.zip does this make a difference

    ys i changed the folder to android and i copy and past the the file into the tool's part of the the file

    no, that doesn't make a difference.

    Youre getting that error because the location you typed (C:\android\tools>) is not the actual location of the folder.

    Go to computer (on your desktop or from your start menu) and then click on c:. There should be a folder named Android towards the top of the list. If there's not, then thats the problem.

    yeah it's the 4yh folder on my drive but when i open the folder there is a seprate tools forler under the android-sdk-windows folder should that be there

    So wait, you open the android folder, then the android sdk folder, and then the tools folder? That's your problem.

    Pull the android sdk folder out of the android folder and drop it into c:. You can either delete the old android folder and rename the sdk folder to android and type what you were typing (C:\android\tools>) or just leave it as android sdk and type C:\android-sdk-windows\tools instead.
