the arm5.bin the very first one
adb push rageagainstthecage-arm5.bin /data/local/tmp/

That was a command that places that file into your phone. Once again, if the file isn't in your tools folder in the sdk, then you will get that error message. Did you extract the evo-root.zip file into your tools folder or did you just put it in there? It needed to be unzipped.

If this is as far as you've gotten then I would stop and wait for the easy Unrevoked method, or at least do a lot more reading and watch the video walkthrough before you move any further. You are at a point where it's safe to just stop, and I recommend that you do.
