Strange issue when using Pandora in the car
When I listen to Pandora through my car system with the headphone out going to the AUX in on my head unit, the voice dialer pops up randomly and tries to make calls. When this happens the music cuts out. I thought I screwed something up but there's a thread on android central talking about this and a bunch of people are having the same issue. The problem is when the AUX cable is plugged in, it thinks it has a headset connected, not headphones. You can tell this from the icon in the notifications bar. When I connect headphones, it's fine. I have not tried a different AUX cable but other people have and it wasn't the cable causing the issue.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

We don't have the dialer problem. Ours is different with our car system. When we are plugged into the Dodge Charger's system, if you open the door while Pandora is playing, FORGET it playing again. It locks up and won't play again. Is it the phone or Pandora?

My situation is slightly different when using Bluetooth.
Pandora will freeze after the second or third track. Then things up the phone all together. Also I have MS SYNC AS soon as the blue tooth is connected the music player auto plays. Sorry to add to the situation.

Well I get terrible sound when I use my headphones and can get it to come in clear when I pull the jack out a little. Also I can't seem to get Pandora to play through the EVO's speaker.

Music Player too
The same issue occurs when I connect the phone to an external sound system to play mp3s. The voice dialer keeps popping up, and the music player skips all over the place. I did make sure the cable was securely inserted, but it didn't seem to matter. I tried a different cable plugged into my car stereo aux input and had the same problem.
