2 mail accounts 2 formats

I have an exchange account from work that is my main account and I added my hotmail account. When I go to view messages in my exchange email account they no longer show up with a facebook picture of the sender and the complete message (I'm not talking about text messages). Now theres a grey sillouette for a face and a 6-digit number (blue link) and the messages are all truncated. There's a directive text saying "reply"n" for next", at the end of the message. On the hotmail account, I have the normal view I was used to with a facebook image avatar and a complete message.

I can't find any way to change the format of the primary exchange account and I have no idea what I did to get into the format I am in.:confused:
