I have insurance on my g2 and if it gets stolen and I report it in. I have to pay $130 deductable right? What happens to the phone though, are they able to deactivate it or something?

if ur phone gets stolen then t mobile will deactivate the sim but whoever stole it can jus install there sim if there a t mobile user and whala they now have a G2. ya it sucks but t mobile told me there not police or investigators even though they do see the EMI number but tracing it is another story.
