    Battery compatibility & capacities???

I've finally found a couple longer lasting options for the G2 but all are ones that require a new battery door. I've heard that the Evo battery being HTC and nearly the same dimensions will work in the G2; has anyone tried this or heard of it working???

I want to get a longer lasting battery but without any changes to natural layout/feel of phone. I've heard and seen there are a few 1800/2000mah batteries for the Evo that should fit w/o modification and would assume they'd give the extra power I need yet is there any info backing this?

Yep..too many 'mismarked' cells floating around to simply take it as labeled. I want live, tested results.
