Play button on pictures

So I get pictures via text on my G2 but they have a play button on it like its a video recording. Its not that big of a deal Im just used to my old g1. How do I change that so the arrow play is not on puctures? Thanks

It only does that if you send more then one picture but one you save them to your SD it wont have that they will save individually

Yes, that is true but he is talking about receiving not sending.

Anyway It happens to all G2 users using the stock messaging app. I use GO SMS and when I get a picture message it shows up as a normal picture in gallery, like it should.

Yep, I had the same thing with my Evo, Handcent SMS also gets rid of it.
