SD card won't recognize

Last week I dropped my phone and it unmounted the SD card without safely unmount option. Now my phone won't recognize the SD card. I tried my best to fix the problem, but had no success. Well, first I tried restarting the phone and then reset the phone to default factory settings. I also tried to use the SD card after reformatting it, but nothing happened. Now don't know what else to do. Can anyone help me to fix the problem?
