I've just started having problems with one of my batteries. It says discharging when its charging. Says its overheating when its cold to the touch. And now my flash won't work " due to cold weather?"

Hardly any problems for me ... Rooted, Infected Rom, Rezound battery. Only issue, which may be because of the Rezound battery, is the inaccurate battery reporting. Stays at 100% for 3 hours. Hit reboot and it comes back on with 90%, then it loses 1% every 5 minutes with the screen on.

Radios, camera, screen, speaker, all working well for me.

Rooted with Liquid Gingerbread 3.2 w/imo 6.1.0 kernel.
Only issue is that when an audio stream kicks in on my headphones it makes a loud pop and hurts my ears. Pretty annoying since I use my TBolt as my mp3 player.
