Nope. Maybe if PlayfulGod makes up a ICS ROM, but I'm not sure if that will happen.

it is possible.i hve seen videos of the ascend running ics 4.0 i just dont know where to find it or even where to look as of right now..i have a dev looking into it for me and as soon as i hear back from him and get info of where to get it i will post it and let you know.
