I'm not ignoring the question that brought you here, I just don't know the answer, not being a technician.
No problem, thank you for replying though, hoping someone out there has a Android Huawei Ascend M860 phone that can inform me how to find the settings to get the flash to work or if this is an isolated problem pertaining to just my phone or is it standard for all Huawei Ascend M860!!! Never encounter anything like it, even my old Samsung flip phone had a flash...lol!
Welcome to the site. Hope someone can provide some help soon.
I dont know if anyone still views this, but as the M860 doesnt have an LCD on the back, theres no possibility for a flash option. Sorry!
