    GPX Files Directly to Tablet

    Hi
Next month I will be doing a charity cycle across Europe, solo, unsupported and wild camping along the way.
Because I will be wild camping, I will be generating my own power via a hub dynamo so the most effective way to do things are a must.
My ride will be followed by a few people back home, but here is my big issue, and I don't know the best way to get around it. I am hoping someone out there can help.
I will be using a GPS Garmin Edge 800 to record the journey. Firstly, what do I need to connect it to my Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1, and secondly what would be the best way to download GPX files from my GPS to the tablet and then add to my website so people can see where I have been for that day, or few days.

The journey is about 5000 miles and will take me about 80 days so simple and effective will be better than detailed and pretty.

I really don't know how to do this. Only recently got the edge 800 and I will be borrowing the tablet for the journey. Any help or advice would be great.

    Thanks in advance.

A second welcome spaceman! Sounds like a fascinating journey! I am not one who can readily answer your questions, but someone should be along soon who might be able to help. Be safe on your travels . . . .
