Special Thanks to the Android.net owners aka Forum Foundry!

I just want to give a special thanks to John, Dan and Doug the owners of the Android.net family of sites. Without them we wouldn't be here!
I also want to thank the great Admins and MOD team for all the great work they put in.

here is a list of Android.net family owned sites:

This group of Android related forums are by far the best out there!
I'm just thankful and fortunate enough to be a part of it.

The crazy thing is the list of forums run deeper than that -

    Chrome OS Forum

    Digital Photography Forum

    iPad Forum

...and there might be even more - anyways, as always thanks to the Owners for putting these together, thanks to the members for all of the participation and a special thanks to the Team which I am very proud to be a part of

Awesome post Wicked! Agreed 110%. I have never been a forum person in my life until I discovered DroidForums.net and then android.net and I have felt welcome ever since joining. I have never seen such respect and help given to the members of these forums here. Most forums I have ever browsed you see people just ripping into other people for asking a harmless question. Here whether you are talking to the oldest member or the newest member you are treated kindly. Kindness in today's world cannot be understated. So with that I throw in my thanks as well. Looking forward to continuing to do what I can to help in the forums or just bring a laugh or two if someone needs it.

To me, clowns aren't funny. In fact, they're kind of scary. I've wondered where this started and I think it goes back to the time I went to the circus, and a clown killed my dad.

I've said it before, elsewhere in these fora, but it can't be said enough. We are fortunate to have the best staff, the most respectful membership, and truly, the most remarkable owners to be found anywhere in the ether. Through the confluence of all three, we have built the most diverse and accommodating family I've seen anywhere. That I've been able to become a significant part of all this is something I'm extremely proud of, and an honor I cannot adequately express. Obviously, I think we are all part of something very special, and these words only begin to thank all those who've made it all possible.

My thanks to you all. I'm proud to know each and every one of you. Salut.

My first interaction with FF was NexusOneForums, and I was shocked. It was built just like I would have built it: placement of topics, selected headers and descriptions. It was clear the builder already had knowledge of not just efficient forum structure, but about the phone itself, and how conversations about it would be best organised..it simply made sense. Too often a help or tech forum is ad-hoc, poorly-built and often unsupported..usuallly neglected. We've all seen them. As the forum began to grow, it was completely natural to be drawn to participate, not just by its design, but also it's attentive staff, and the great membership that jumps in to help or simply socialise in our own 'tribe'. I too feel privileged to participate, support our hosts, and most of all serve the community...the community makes it all possible! Thanks to ALL of you! :D

Since we're getting all luvy duvy and all.

I joing DF last october and it was the first forum of any kind that i'd been a member. I read quite a bit just to get to know things as the Droid was my first smartphone and I was new to it all. I started posting and getting to know a lot of people and am now proud to call much of the FF staff friends. They are open to new ideas and really care about the members experience on the sites. You can't ask for more than that.

Oh yes, they also taught me to be careful what you ask for.

I have belonged to several tech forums over time but df.net and now android.net truly take the cake. I've had the pleasure of getting to know a lot of helpful fun people and of course the staff is always very involved. Said it before and I'll say it again, always glad to call these forums home.
