    New beebie

I am new to the forum. I have had my HTC Thunderbolt since they became available (March 17th, 2011). I really enjoy my Thunderbolt, but not without some reservation. Battery life was a small, no big problem. So I bought a 1650mAh battery designed for T-mobile myTouch4G. It worked but was not much better. Than I purchased a Verizon 2750mAh extended battery (with cover). A lot better, but now what I had expected (it still does not last a full day).

So now, I am here to learn and listen to those who are a lot more experience and knowledgable than me.

So, I thank you in advance for any and all your help and expertise that you are willing to share with me.

    Sincerely, Ed Stubbs

If you're in an area without 4G try turning that option off. Also, make sure Wi-Fi is turned off if you're not using it.

Thank you for the advice. I do live in an area that has 4G, but I will be keeping my WiFi turned off when I am not using it.
