New here, but android user since G1

New to the forum since I just got the g2x and trying to decide if I want to return it and get the HTC Sensation or just keep it as I do love it now that all the "kinks" are worked out of it, or so it seems. Gotten the battery life to greatly improve and so far over the last few days have had no issues. I am really liking the look and am impressed with the sensation though. What to do???

A little of me ... been android user since it's inception with the g1 and love it! Rooted, unrooted, rooted ... all on the g1, then got the N1 and WOW, what a difference. Did not root that one as it was always the first to get all the updates, including 2.3.3 right after the intro of the N2. I decided it was time for a change and wanted a dual core and this was the best choice, the LG G2x and I have to say that I do love this phone with the 4" screen and HDMI out. Cool. Just waiting now for 2.3.3 on it and I think that this phone will absolutely FLY!!

Anyway, thanks for having me here on the site and look forward to learning and helping (if that's possible)!

You're the 1st person I've heard say they don't like stock android. Most of us would kill to have pure android on phones.
The G2X is not pure android though, it has Touchwiz on it doesn't it?

The G2x is a Google Experience Device... just not an actual Google Phone like the Nexus line.

I'd say keep the G2x, as the Sensation is about the same... hardware capabilities wise. The community is doing some awesome stuff for the G2x right now.

I say keep g2x as well. It has more memory. If you always think about what if or what's next you'll never buy a phone.

No probs... And I know, right?! Sadly, at&t won't ever have any phones like that. We're too locked down to allow all the features that goes along with being a Google experience device.
