Talking I think I need help, a Newbie

    Hello everyone,
I'm new member and I just stumbled upon this great forum while searching for phones and android. I have not yet bought an android phone still confused and overwhelmed with how much there is of variations in phones lol.

I need the best there is in the market, what should I buy? or do you recommend to wait for the Samsung GS2? or there will be a better phone than SGS-2?

I am tired of my stupid Blackberry, and I don't want to buy the iphone , I need help hahhahahah.

Part of the decision will be based on carrier -- are you locked into one or are you in an area that is much better served by another... Etc. Once you have that answered you'll find the field has been narrowed.

    to the forum!

Oh, and in the Android world there is ALWAYS a better phone just around the corner.

Happy to help. If, after you've decided on the carrier (or already have one picked out) you still want/need help deciding on a phone we'll be happy to point out some pros and cons of the various makers and models. For example, anything Motorola makes will be of top-notch construction and hardware, but it'll be locked down tighter than a load of toxic waste driving through a large city.

Welcome to the forum. Yes, it depends and Motorola locks everything down. I think Samsung has great display but, disappointed with their software updates. Htc makes an all around good device, they just make all their phones look the same. Lg is starting to make decent phones but, it depends on what carrier your with. So, my suggestion would be name your carrier and find what suits your wants. If you want come back here and ask what people think of certain phone. Moderators, news team, Rescue squad, and any other team member here is always willing to help out.
