    Hey everyone...

I'm Josh, and I've been an android user since december 2009... when i got my Motorola Droid.

Now, here in september, I have been kinda shoved onto an Ally by VZW... because they refused to replace my 5th droid with another because of keyboard issues...

So. How painful will it be for me to switch from an OC Droid with Bugless Beast to a stock LG Ally? Or will it be better?

(I have yet to receive the Ally, because VZW shipped it yesterday)

While I love my Ally because I am not a power user, I have to say with all honesty that you will probably be disappointed with the Ally compared to an OC'd Droid.

Depends on what exactly you like to do with your phone. As mentioned already, the Ally will lack the power to play complex 3D games and such without lag. If you want something to browse, call, text, etc, the Ally does just as good as anything. Most think the Ally's keyboard is a lot better, so there's one benefit. But if you want a phone for gaming and video etc etc you might miss your Droid.
