Hi Lg Ally users. This is my 3rd LG Ally phone. I switch from AT&T to Verizon and bought The LG Ally. I sent back the original one because my screen was freezing up and had dropped calls. Verizon replaced my phone and gave me a Re-Conditioned phone. I am still having problems. I was wondering if anyone else has the same issues. I am not due for an upgrade for another 6 months. I was told by Verizon that because they don't make the Ally they can't replace it with another phone. I don't care if it is a cheaper phone....I just want a phone I can rely on. What is the point on buying insurance on the phone if they keep sending me a Re-Condition one that obviously had a problem before. I spent money on the phone and money on the insurance. I am losing money because of the service. I am very unhappy. Any suggestions?
