I too like dealing with Best Buy because of the rebates, however, I ordered my EVO from the Sprint web site. I got it the next day (July 2). I had been a BB user for 3 years, but no more, this new phone is great!!! It can even make calls....lol

Yes, I love the phone for all the obvious reasons and also have some minor dislikes for all the obvious reasons. I'll be checking in to see if solutions to these issues (ie. bettery life, 4G availability, video conferencing, etc) improve.

What kind of problems?

Make sure they have the latest update, as it seems to solve some touch screen problems.

If it's a sensitivity problem, add a screen protector if they don't already have one. It seemed to help a little with mine.

If one or more phones act significantly differently when one person uses them, take them back and get them checked out.
