    I'm new here.

I have been with AT&T for maybe 8 years and just switched to Sprint. I previously had the Nexus One (which will be missed immensely ) and currently have the Epic. No complaints so far.

Welcome to the forum yams! The N1 is a great phone, why the switch to the epic?

I didn't want to be the one to ask but I'm also curious about this.

The N1 (may she rest in peace) is a great phone, I do agree. AT&T unfortunately is not that great of a carrier. I used to rage sooo hard about the amount of dropped calls I got.
I am actually happy with the switch; I actually get "more bars in more places" and the %20 Corporate discount with Lockheed didn't make it a tough pill to swallow.

It was actually such a great phone that after jumping in the river with it, and a bowl of rice and a couple of silica gel packs later, it works just like new.

Coming from a touchscreen only HTC phone, what made you grab the Epic over the Evo?

I thought about it, but I like having the physical keyboard. Especially with the Menu/Home/Back/Search buttons on the physical keyboard as well as the screen. I also like it because its a bit smaller than the Evo.
