    Excited to explor my android

    Ok the sound on my galaxy prevail does not work. I mean no sound it doesn't ring a dozen play any kind of music nothing I'm curious if there something I could do to fix it it's not broken I don't believe

    to the forum. What happens if you go to settings\sound & turn the sound up all the way?
