Howdy Replenish w/Gingerbread User Here
Mainly here looking for a way to move Google apps(Maps, Music, Books ), you know - the apps you never installed and cannot remove - to SD card.
Google Play itself would be nicer if it could be moved to SD. It's Huge!
Hoping everyone is having a lovely day :-)

Hello and welcome to the forum!!
If you are wanting to move the apps that come pre-installed, I don't think you can do this without rooting your device and then renaming them with a root access app...if I am wrong, I hope someone else will jump in

Also depending on the device rooting will effectively void your warranty. But definitely is possible with the right tools. Welcome aboard.

Welcome. I'm pretty sure system apps can't be moved.

Welcome to the forum! Be very careful about moving or doing anything with system apps. As they used to say on maps in the Middle Ages "Here be Dragons". You can cause big problems for your system (and your phone) if you move or delete system apps.

Thanks ever-body!
So basically, my only option is to give the apps low, one star ratings, because these bloatware apps from our friends @ google are too cumbersome for a phone like mine.
Oh well. I have Boost mobile and they say rooting my phone would basically end my prepaid contract. @ least I think that is what they are telling me.
Hopefully Google will change for the better. :-)
