    Welcome to the forum.
    1) You need to be rooted to do that. Check how to root and compatiblilty of the root tool listed for your phone at post#2: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1321582
    2) Use Titanium to freeze or remove your pre installed apps: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...umBackup&hl=en
    3) Do your back up/Nandroid before you attempt wilk be great.

Gd luck and hope it help

DO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ENSURE TO DOUBLE CHECK WHAT APPS THAT CAN BE REMOVE BASE ON YOUR PHONE

If your phone is running ICS you can hide them. Be sure to restore any preloaded apps before attempting an OTA update. Rooting voids your warranty.

Might I ask why you wish to uninstall them?

If I were you, I'd exercise Extreme Caution in deleting programs and apps which were pre-installed. You might think they're not important and take up space, but there are certain programs that are needed by OTHER programs which control the boot-up process, and deleting things willy nilly can leave you stuck in a bootloop. I'm not a technician by any means (I'm a mod) but I've seen people fall into the same trap - get rooted, start hacking away at pre-installed programs, and BAM...a bootloop.

So just be careful about how you approach it.
