    I downloaded that file right to my Ally and it installed fine but I seem to be having problems getting Swype to work.

    My Ally doesn't seem to recognize that Swype is installed. Could be a bad install or just not compatible with the Ally.

    thats wierd mine works great try uninstalling it and then install the zipped folder on your phone i use astro manager for mine
