Anyone have a recommendation on a app to clear cache in all apps?
Also, is it a good idea to clear it in everything?

Quick system info pro has a cache cleaner for all and a widget.
History Eraser (dumapic) app - FREE. There are other apps similarly named.
i got 'Quick System Info PRO' app; under preferences it allows me to configure widgets --
i checked the box to enable "quick cache cleaner" & rebooted...
-- but i CANNOT figure out how to actually run it, or add the widget for it to my homescreen - can anyone advise?

Quick System Info widgets will not be available if you move the app to the SD. keep the app on the phone and you will have a widget available that will clear all apps cache with one click.
yes, thanks, ....but i never said nothin 'bout moving the app to the SD - it IS on the phone.
but - in any case i did figure this out - by mistake....
although not intending to, i inadvertently long-pressed on the homescreen, which popped up the dialogue box to add widgets, so I got it all set up now. I had forgotten all about that long-press thing, DUH!

Pretty much. The one I use is called Cache Cleaner. It doesn't actually clean the caches but let's me know which apps have a cache and how much space it is using. I can then touch that app and it takes me to the app in manage applications where I can then touch the clear cache button.

Ok, thought so. However, doesn't clearing the cache of those specific apps delete all your settings, records (for games), account info, & anything you had saved for that app? Why would you want to do that (unless you wanted to clear a high score & start over or something along those lines)?
