Automatically installed apps

its seems like the few times this phone has updated itself it has automatically installed a bunch of apps which are doing nothing but taking up space and there are apps that came with the phone. Things like Skype or Myspace LG Social I would like to uninstall or move to my SD card but the option cannot be selected when managing apps. Is there another way?

Okay, I've had the LG Ally for a while n ow and until I can get rid of it I will settle for trying to root the junk. Where can I get good info on how to do this?

Task killers don't remove the bloatware. And they don't stop apps running that are designed to keep on restarting and running in the background. So I stand by the answer I have seen given by others: The only way to remove the bloatware is to root the phone, so you have total control over it, and remove the junk Verizon has decided we need.
